亚洲的全能中产阶级

首尔——尽管近期经济仍有不确定性,亚洲的中产阶级却在快速成长。未来几十年,该新兴细分人口群体将成为地区经济政治发展的基石,对世界其他国家也将产生显著的影响。

经合组织估计截止2030年全球中产阶级(定义为按2005年购买力平价计算,每人日均开支达10-100美元的家庭)将膨胀至49亿人,而2009年还仅有18亿的规模。其中的三分之二将居住在亚洲,2009年上述比率仅为28%,其中最大部分居住在中国。事实上,如果中国推行保持经济快速增长所需的结构改革和技术升级,相比于2009年的仅1.57亿,到2030年那里的中产阶级人口将达到10亿之多。

亚洲中产阶级的快速崛起将为国内国际企业创造新的市场机会,进而催生影响深远的经济变革。该地区对耐用消费品的需求已有所增加,中国已成为全世界最大的汽车和手机市场。但随着发展中国家中产阶级购买力赶上发达国家,奢侈品和技术产品的消费仍有很大余地。
