发自喀布尔——最近阿富汗独立人权委员会(AIHRC)在库都兹省(Kudoz)的办事处报告了一起营救事件。年仅15岁的莎哈尔·古尔(Sahar Gul)先是被迫嫁给一名年纪比她大的阿富汗军人,随后又被夫家人强迫卖淫,她不从,于是就被锁在地牢里残酷虐待了整整七年,直至被营救出来。
