泰国之春?

发自曼谷——对那些关注中东北非政治动荡的人来说,7月3日泰国大选所产生的震撼结果仿佛似曾相识。随着信息技术进步、人口结构转换,人民期望上升以及冷战理念的逐渐淡化,世界上那些看似无法撼动的政权纷纷摇摇欲坠。同时由于本身不具备使用暴力镇压的意愿和能力,这些政权只能依靠妥协,调整和周期性重塑自身来赢得生存。

泰国近4700万选民中有3/4在本次选举中投下了选票,而选举的结果则对这个国家的古老政权提出了决定性的挑战。由流亡前总理他信最小的妹妹英拉·西那瓦领导的为泰党大胜,一举夺得下议院500个议席中的265席,反之目前执政的民主党只拿下159席。

为泰党重夺政权的意义非常重大——这不仅因为英拉将成为泰国第一位女总理。须知与泰国王室等保守势力结盟的法庭曾两次解散了由该派系所组建的政府,并判处大批领导人5年之内不得从政。
