与中国之崛起长伴左右

发自北京——美国副总统乔·拜登最近的四日访华行程最终高调收尾。他向中国领导人保证虽然最近遭到降级,但美国一定会为自身所有债务负责。他还热情地谈到中美两国的相互依存关系,同时还带来了自己学习中文多年的孙女,希望她未来能在两国之间牵线搭桥。

但在宾主笑脸相迎,推杯换盏的背后依然存在着一系列严重问题以及理念差距,不断撕裂着两个世界大国之间的关系。

首先呈现的往往是所谓态度问题。对于那些以负面眼光看待中国崛起的人来说,这个国家简直是日益骄横:首先在对日东海主权争议上转趋强硬;随后又在南海诸岛主权问题上与诸多邻国对峙;还在美国国防部长访华期间展示自行研制的隐形战机;其第一艘航母正在进行海试,并可能借此在印度洋地区建立海军基地。甚至连某支中国篮球队与到访美国队之间的殴斗都被视为中国咄咄逼人的佐证。
