日本的转型?

大阪——昨天日本民主党(DPJ)在大选中以压倒性优势获胜结束了自民党无所不能的(LDP)一党专政体系,从1955年以后一党专政体系的控制权就一直牢牢掌握在自民党手中。过去10年来,尽管伪两党体系已经初见规模,但民主党一直被看作自民党可能的替代党派。冷战结束20年后,日本终于即将建立起后冷战时期的政府体系。

即便现在,日本公众仍然对民主党的执政能力和缺乏资金支持的财富再分配的诱人计划持怀疑态度。公众也非常清楚在意识形态上壁垒分明的民主党不具备现实、连贯的外交和安全政策。

但公众对于自民党的厌恶情绪却使民主党登上了下届政府宝座。四年来,自民党彻底无视公众所关注的养老金、失业和社会安全网损坏等关键性问题。此外,自民党还受到一系列丑闻的困扰,并一如既往地表现出拙劣的执政能力。自民党在短短一年多的时间里更换三名首相充分说明该党的权力核心已经解体。
