巴尔干衰退的欧洲式疗法

发自维也纳-欧洲政治的绝大部分内容都是由某些重大事件和周年纪念构成的。而虽然重大事件往往有其不可预测性,但周年纪念却还是有迹可循的。

就在5年之后,欧洲将迎来第一次世界大战爆发100周年的纪念活动,那场战争不但造成了其它事件所无法比拟的流血牺牲,更通过推动一系列事件,最终催生了今天我们眼中的欧洲。

而世界各国的元首们说不定也早就预留了2014年8月的某些日子来操办纪念仪式。不难想象,萨拉热窝将成为他们齐聚一堂,共同回顾残酷血腥的20世纪欧洲史的地方。但不知5年后的萨拉热窝又将是何种风貌?它是否仍会是那个国民对未来彻底绝望,政治家与选民彻底绝缘的国家的首都?或者是否存在这样的可能性,那就是欧洲各国的领导人将借此周年纪念之机,宣布巴尔干半岛上的其余国家已经被成功整合进了欧盟?
