Yoon Young-kwan, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, is currently Professor of International Relations at Seoul National University and a visiting scholar at the Free University of Berlin and the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (German Institute for International and Security Affairs).
