Kofi A. Annan

Kofi A. Annan was Secretary-General of the United Nations from 1997 to 2006, and received the 2001 Nobel Peace Prize for his creation of the Global AIDS and Health Fund. He currently chairs the Africa Progress Panel, an organization dedicated to furthering African development.
