Wolfgang Petritsch is Austria's UN-Ambassador in Geneva, he was previously the EU's Special Envoy for Kosovo, its Chief Negotiator at the Kosovo peace talks in Rambouillet and Paris and the International High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
