一国货币是否超发一般用M2/GDP指标衡量。从数据上看，2003年至2012年这10年间，中国年均GDP增速高达10.5%，中国年均CPI增速仅为3.0%的确是“高增长、低通胀”的“黄金时期”，但货币增长的速度和规模也不能不令人担忧。
